Moreover, our family is the most valuable asset that we have and we want to ensure they have access to the best environment – neighbors, education, parks, highways, shopping malls, and faith communities. Moreover, a home is an integral part of making all this happen. A home must also provide comfort, value, and should allow you to enjoy time with your family and friends.

My approach to buying a home is different than others as I believe in a holistic approach – I try to understand your family’s goals, values and lifestyle to find a home that best fits your needs and dreams. I understand that buying a home is not a short or quick decision, and I work closely with my clients whether it is 1 month or 24 months, to help them find the right property. What’s more, I also believe that it is important to provide my clients guidance based on my experience of selling and buying over 200 homes. If I believe that you are not receiving a good value, or that a home is not good quality, I will advise you against purchasing that home. Ultimately, my business is based on your long-term satisfaction, as I receive almost all of my clients through direct referrals from prior clients. Maintaining such a high level of referrals is only possible if I provide honest guidance.

Being in the business for over Eighteen years and being multilingual in English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujrati, and Kutchi, I am able to understand the needs of many cultures. This has provided me the opportunity to work with over 200 families. I understand the need of young adults and growing families alike. Helping families in their various stages of life has provided me great personal fulfillment and has allowed me to develop close relationships with my customers.

My clients often appreciate my negotiation experience which typically saves them thousands. Also, I help guide my clients with my relationships with the banks, mortgage loan officers, building contractors, and builders. Whether my client’s are buying a new construction or interested in a previously owned home, they get the best possible value.

My experience includes working with Lennar, Swanson, DR Horton, Pulte, Calatlantic, Mattamy, Rottland and others. Whether my client is a First Time Home Buyer/Seller or an Experienced Home Buyer/Seller or an Investor, each receives my honest, knowledgeable and loyal representation.

My experience includes over 200 buying and selling traditional, New Construction, Foreclosure and Short-sale transactions. I have a MBA, and am Certified Short Sell and Foreclosure resource and I am a Full time Realtor.
